Course Description

This course is an excellent choice for both existing and potential professionals within the facilities sector. This course will help the participants master the skills required to embark on a successful journey as a facilities manager.

Students should be in possession of a minimum School Leaving Certificate

AND

Be in possession of one of the following:

  1. Grade 5 in English (Matsec Certificate)
  2. IELTs 6.0
  3. Or an equivalent qualification.

You are required to complete all 36 compulsory modules (222 ECTS), as well as the Dissertation (18 ECTS) to fulfil the requirements of this bachelor’s degree.

Assessment

This programme shall be assessed making use of mixed methods to ensure that the learners have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge and have obtained the stipulated learning outcomes. This course therefore includes exams inclusive of open-ended questions and multiple-choice questions, individual assignments and presentation, and case studies. The programme also makes use of formative assessments through observation and in-class discussions.

The next academic intake is May 2023 however, if the course is fully subscribed the next intake will be in September 2023.
