Course Description

This course is intended at those who already work in Facilities and Construction for upskilling purposes. Furthermore, those applying for the course can also aspire for a managerial post in facilities planning and management.

Following the completion of this programme learners will have the employment opportunity to work as a facilities manager in building sites.

 

 

Entry Requirements

Students should be at least 18 years+ and in possession of a minimum MQF Level 5 in Facilities Management or related 

OR 

Undergraduate Diploma in Facilities Management (MQF Level 5, 60 ECTS)

AND

Be in possession of one of the following:

  1. Grade 5 in English (Matsec Certificate)
  2. IELTs 6.0
  3. Or an equivalent qualification.

Assessment

This programme shall be assessed making use of mixed methods to ensure that the learners have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge and have obtained the stipulated learning outcomes. This course therefore includes exams inclusive of open-ended questions and multiple choice questions, individual assignments and presentation, and case studies.
