Course Description

This course is intended at those who aspire to enhance their career level within Business Management or HR. Following the completion of this programme learners will have the employment opportunity to work as a business manager.

Entry Requirements

Students should be at least 18 years+ and in possession of a minimum MQF Level 4 Qualification (Matriculation Certificate)

AND / Or

An equivalent qualification such as MQF Level 4 in Business Management, HR Management, Facilities Management or similar

Assessment

This programme shall be assessed making use of mixed methods to ensure that the learners have acquired the necessary skills and knowledge and have obtained the stipulated learning outcomes. This course therefore includes exams inclusive of open-ended questions and multiple choice questions, individual assignments and presentation, and case studies.
